Event Decorator

  1. What does an event decorator really do ?

    Everything! Decorate your special event with style and that WOW factor

  2. How soon would I need to secure an event decorator ?

    Most clients do book 6 to 9 month before their special day, so they don't get disappointed. It's never too soon to start planning your memorable event :)

  3. What if I have a small budget ? Can I afford an Event Decorator ?

    Client with modest budgets will actually really benefit from hiring a wedding decorator. We know how to make your day look like you've spent lots of money when, really, you've saved

  4. I would like to view the Perfect Day Decor range of products - Do you have a showroom or store?

    Perfect Day Decor is an internet business and for that reason we do not have a showroom or a store to view our products. By eliminating these overheads we are able to offer prices far lower than other decorators who have expensive showrooms, which is that add to the cost of your wedding decoration!

Chair Cover

  1. Is there a minimum number of chair covers I must hire ?

    Yes, our minimum is 25 pieces for dinner party, weddings, & corporate. And minimum 20 pieces for wedding ceremony

  2. I'm not sure exactly how many chair covers that I'll need - can I change the amount I require after I have booked ?

    Yes, you can make changes, as we understand that numbers can change. We do not mind amending the quotation as many times as necessary. However the final number need to be confirm 2 weeks before the wedding day, if you still need more time to get your RSVP back, please let us know so we can give you more time to get to the final number.

  3. How much are chair covers?

    chair covers is $4.50 each and $5 each with the sash

Booking and Payment

  1. How do I book ?

    1. Contact us by email to check the availability date
    2. Once your date is available, please email us what you need for your wedding decoration
    3. We will send you the quotation and work out the deposit, we require 30% deposit to reserve your date
    4. Four weeks prior to the wedding we contact you to receive your final numbers and discuss payment of balance
    5. We will decorate your special day!!
  2. What happen if I don't make my final payment 2 weeks before the wedding ?

    YOUR WEDDING IS IMPORTANT to us and because it is we strive to provide you with the very best decor available


    Being the best wedding decorator doesn't just happen over night. Each part of your wedding decor requires careful and thoughtful planning, resourcing and manufacturing of each piece for your collection, not to mention staffing, transport and finally set up and take down logistic and protocols. Our approach to each and every wedding decoration remains aimed at achieving the best possible result and final outcome for your special day


    Our research shows that those who don't leave things to the ' last minute ', can expect a ' perfect day ' on their ' special day ' :). Remember - ' Prior Preparation Prevents Poor Performance '
